Data deletion request confirmation

A data deletion request concerning your account has been received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram or Threads). We have already carried it out; there is no pending request to wait for.

If you received a reference code from Meta, keep it at hand; we can use it to look up your request.

What we deleted

We removed the Meta channels concerned from Postemi, together with the posts we stored for them. We destroyed the access tokens, so Postemi no longer has access to the accounts concerned.

What we did not delete

We did not touch your Postemi account or your other, non Meta channels. A deletion request coming from Facebook does not amount to consent regarding these, and billing data is subject to a statutory retention obligation. You can start the deletion of your whole account in the Profile settings of the app; see the Data Deletion Guide.

Posts that have already been published remain on Facebook, Instagram or Threads themselves. You can delete them there.
