What can Grok Bot do with Postemi?
Draft, schedule or publish
Grok Bot creates a post as a draft, schedules it for a time you name, or publishes it right away. Ask for a draft when you want to check it first.
Preview per account
Before it creates anything, Grok Bot can show what would go out on each account: the text, the media and the character count.
Reads your calendar
Grok Bot sees what is already scheduled, in your time zone, so it can find a free slot or move a post.
Knows each platform's rules
Postemi tells Grok Bot the character limit and the options of every connected account before it writes.
Images and video
Grok Bot adds media from a link, or gives you an upload link for a file on your own computer.
Workspaces and client groups
If you manage several brands, Grok Bot lists your workspaces and client groups and works in the one you pick.
What is the Postemi MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI agent use outside tools. Postemi runs a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.postemi.com/mcp. Grok Bot connects to it, and from then on it can list your channels, read your calendar and create posts in your Postemi account.
The server runs on Postemi's side, so there is nothing to install for it. You sign in to Postemi in the browser, or use an MCP key, and that decides the workspace Grok Bot works in. Your social accounts stay connected in Postemi itself: Grok Bot never sees their passwords.
Postemi has no built-in AI writer, on purpose. Grok Bot writes the posts, Postemi schedules and publishes them.
How Grok Bot uses Postemi
Once Postemi is connected, Grok Bot finds the tools by itself and calls them when you ask for a post.
- Reads your connected accounts and each one's rules
- Checks the calendar and your time zone before it picks a time
- Can show a preview per account before it creates a post
- Saves a draft, schedules, or publishes now, as you asked
- Adds images and video from a link, or from an upload link you open

Every Monday morning, draft this week's LinkedIn and X posts from our blog in Postemi, and send me the list.
Write a short announcement for our new product and schedule it on X, LinkedIn and Instagram for Thursday at 9:00. Adapt the length to each platform.
What is scheduled on my social accounts this week? Move Friday's post to Monday at 18:00.
