Withdrawal from the contract

On this page you can declare electronically that you withdraw from a consumer contract concluded with Postemi. Based on your statement, we check whether the right of withdrawal applies, any service already provided, and the refund. The right of withdrawal and its consequences are set out in Section 9 of the Terms of Service.

To cancel a subscription in the ordinary way, use the Settings / Profile page of the app or the Stripe customer portal. The function below is specifically for exercising the consumer right of withdrawal.

You may also withdraw by any other unequivocal statement: by email to [email protected], or by letter to Kiss Industries, Sundgauerstrasse 5, CH-4055 Basel, Switzerland. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14 day withdrawal period expires.
