Postemi documentation
The complete Postemi documentation: the user guide, the public REST API, the command line tool and the MCP server, all in one place.
What is Postemi
Postemi is a social media scheduler. You write the post in one editor, pick which channels it goes to, set a time, and we publish it at that minute. We currently support 12 platforms. You pay in your own currency.
You can use the same calendar in four ways: from the web interface, from your own code through the public REST API, from the terminal with the command-line tool, or from an AI agent through the MCP server. All four use the same permissions and limits, so what you can do in one, you can do in the others.
User guide
If you're new to Postemi, go through it in this order. The Getting started page takes you from registration to your first scheduled post.
Programmatic interfaces
This section is for developers and AI agents. All three interfaces are available on the Pro plan and above.
Three steps to your first post
- 1Sign upSigning up is free. You don't need to talk to a salesperson, and there is no waitlist. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
- 2Connect your channelsYou grant access in the platform's own sign-in window. This step can't be done from the API, because the platform asks a person for consent.
- 3Write and schedule your first postIn Studio you write the text, select the channels, set a time, and add it to the calendar.
Machine-readable
If you're writing an agent or a generator, don't parse HTML.
GET https://api.posty.hu/public/v1/status/status responds without a key (apart from the two /signuppaths that create an account, it is the only one). It gives you the API version, the server's exact time in UTC, and the absolute URL of every machine-readable document:
curl https://api.posty.hu/public/v1/statusIf you get stuck
- Write to [email protected]. On weekdays we usually reply within a day.
- Or use the form on the Help page. You don't need to be logged in, which matters when you're writing because you can't log in.
- The Troubleshooting page covers the most common cases. You can solve most problems yourself.
